Inspired by traditional Sardinian Pecorino, this wild fennel version of Veghurì is our semi-hard and aged plant-based alternative with a delicate touch of wild fennel.
Intrepid and intense, it is characterized by a persistent and enveloping aroma and flavor. Excellent on a cutting board accompanied by a peach jam but also grated over first courses of the Mediterranean gastronomic tradition.
