Kasubè embraces Sardinia in this special version, aged with red wine.
A medium-intensity balance, where its delicate structure meets the sweet and fruity notes of the wine, creating a smooth and elegant aromatic profile.
The production process and the careful selection of ingredients encourage the formation of a natural white rind, which protects it during maturation and helps develop a distinctive and harmonious range of flavours.
Ideal to enjoy on a sharing board, we recommend pairing it with our artisanal pear and ginger preserve for an authentic, deeply Mediterranean experience.
