Rollù (rose petals)

INGREDIENTS: cashews, water, coconut drink (coconut extract 60%, water), sea salt, rose petals, Penicillium Roqueforti, starter cultures.
May contain almonds, wheat, sesame, soy.

NET WEIGHT: 100g – store at a temperature between 1°C and 4°C.
Best before date indicated on the package.

IMPORTANT: Rollù is coated with rose petals shortly before being shipped or sold. After a few days, the noble mold present inside will begin to grow on the outside as well. You will first notice small white spots, which will gradually turn bluish. This is Penicillium Roqueforti, and it is completely safe to eat the product as long as it is consumed before the expiration date shown on the package.
