Erbinu is our blue cheaze based on cashews, fermented with mesophilic bacteria and inoculated with the same molds that are traditionally used for this type of cheese (Gorgonzola, Roquefort, Queso Azul, etc).
Obviously all 100% plant-based, cruelty free and artisanal.
