Young, elegant, intense, creamy … Erbinu is our blue cheese based on cashews, fermented with mesophilic bacteria and inoculated with the same molds that are traditionally used for this type of cheese (Gorgonzola, Roquefort, Queso Azul, etc). Obviously all 100% vegetable.
