Taken from the culinary tradition of Lebanon, our Sardinian version of Kechek el Fouqara is suitable for any situation. Cheese balls are created after slowly fermenting the wheat Bulgur for several weeks, without the aid of preservatives or pasteurization techniques. Only water from our springs and salt from our seas. The extra-virgin olive oil of the highest quality that we use and the native herbs from the uncontaminated nature that surrounds us, help to characterize the product and give it a strong identity linked to the territory. Excellent on a warm toasted bread or in an aperitif board but also as an additional ingredient in a sauce or a vegetable paté. Its fresh and bold flavor, combined with a creamy and enveloping texture will be able to amaze even the most skeptical and add creativity and whimsy to the table.
