Dosage: sufficient for about 5-10 liters of plant-based milk in optimal controlled fermentation conditions.
It is recommended to use 1gr of product for approximately 1 liter of vegetable drink and to ferment for about 8 hours between 38 and 42°C.
The included measuring spoon corresponds to approximately 0.5gr so use 1 every 500ml.
With plant-based milk like cashew, soy and almond the result will be naturally creamy. If you are using rice or oat milk, the result will be more liquid unless thickeners are used before fermentation.
Keep refrigerated (4-8°C and below 50% humidity) or freezing (-20°C) is recommended.
