Kasubert is our white rind cheaze inspired by French tradition.
The soft and creamy paste is characterized by sensory notes of medium intensity: it has a sweet aroma and a medium-acid flavor.
The molds we use, 100% vegan, appropriately selected and edible, allow the cheese to be covered with an elegant white skin that protects it and at the same time gives it a wide range of flavors.
We recommend our Kasubert on a cheese board accompanied by an artisanal fig jam.
