Kasubert is our floral rind cheese inspired by the French tradition. The soft and creamy paste is characterized by sensory notes of medium intensity: it has a sweet aroma and a medium-acid flavor. The molds we use, 100% vegan, appropriately selected and edible, mean that the cheese is covered with an elegant white skin that protects the cheese and at the same time gives it that unmistakable range of flavors. We recommend the Kasubert on a cutting board accompanied by an artisanal fig jam.
